In late 2020, I worked with my father to design a logo for his wood working business, Shagbark studios. The nut represents the shagbark hickory trees that canopy our house and his wood shop. He wanted a hand made feeling from the logo, which is why we chose to do a sketched/etched style for the logo, and handwritten text. The drawing and logo were made in Procreate. The logo is used for hist Etsy store, social media profiles, and is also burned into the bottom of every project with a brass branding iron of the logo.
